PRODUCTION TIME
All Life As Usual products are made to order. This means each item is printed and prepared specifically for you after your order is placed.
Orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days.
During busy periods, production may take slightly longer. If significant delays occur, we will provide an update where possible.
Production time is separate from shipping time.
SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping time begins after your order has been dispatched.
Estimated delivery times:
United Kingdom: 1–5 working days
Europe: 3–10 working days
International: 5–14 working days
These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping times may vary depending on destination, courier, customs processing, and other external factors beyond our control.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, USPS, or DHL, depending on destination and logistics requirements.
Carrier selection may vary to ensure efficient delivery.
TRACKING
Tracking is provided where available. If tracking is included with your order, you will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.
It may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery using the tracking information provided.
INCORRECT ADDRESS OR FAILED DELIVERY
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is correct.
If an order is returned due to:
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Failure to collect the parcel
• Failure to accept delivery
We may offer redelivery once additional shipping costs are paid.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
We will investigate with the shipping carrier and provide an appropriate resolution once the carrier investigation is complete.
