FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email us with photos showing the issue. Once verified, we will offer either:
• A replacement item, or
• A refund for the item
Each case is handled individually to ensure a fair outcome.

All items are made to order. We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or preference.
