At Life As Usual, all products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, our return and refund policy differs from traditional retail stores.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


Made-to-Order Products

All Life As Usual products are printed and manufactured to order.

Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selected
• Incorrect colour selected
• Personal preference
• Buyer’s remorse

Please review sizing guides and product details carefully before placing your order.

All sales are final unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the fault

Claims are considered valid based on the date the issue is first reported to us.

Once reported, we will review the claim and submit it to our production partner for verification.

If the fault is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with supplier policy. This typically includes a replacement item. Refunds may be issued where approved.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Return Requirements

If a fault claim is approved and a refund is authorised, the item must be returned to us for inspection.

Return instructions and the return address will be provided via email.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.


Lost, Missing, or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

We will investigate with the shipping carrier and provide an appropriate resolution once the investigation is complete.

Carrier investigation timeframes may vary depending on location and shipping provider.


Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address

If an order is returned due to:

• Incorrect address provided
• Failure to collect the parcel
• Failure to accept delivery

We may offer redelivery once additional shipping costs are paid.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing times:

• Refund issued by us: 1–3 business days
• Bank processing time: 3–10 business days

Life As Usual does not control bank processing times.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Fraud Prevention & Abuse Protection

We reserve the right to refuse refunds, replacements, or returns in cases of:

• Insufficient evidence
• Suspicious activity
• Abuse of the returns system
• Policy violations

Each case is reviewed individually.
